Phivximthep is committed to providing high-quality photography services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for our photography services. Please read this policy carefully before booking a session with us.

2. Service Nature

Photography services are custom, personalized services that are performed at the time of booking. Unlike physical products, photography services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require adjustments to your booking or service delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their photography session under the following conditions:

Cancellation Timeframes

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of any deposit or payment made, minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund of deposit or payment made
  • Less than 24 Hours: No refund, but rescheduling may be available at our discretion

Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor photography sessions, weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that weather conditions are unsuitable for the session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

Service Not Performed

If we are unable to perform the photography service due to circumstances on our end (equipment failure, photographer unavailability, etc.), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the delivered photographs, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your images. We will review your concerns and may offer:

  • Re-editing of specific images at no additional charge
  • A complimentary reshoot session (subject to availability)
  • A partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Photography sessions that have been completed and images delivered
  • Rush processing fees (unless service is not delivered as promised)
  • Travel fees for sessions that have already occurred

5. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Clients may reschedule their photography session with the following terms:

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Free rescheduling (one time per booking)
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: Rescheduling fee of $50 applies
  • Less than 24 Hours: Rescheduling fee of $100 applies, subject to availability

Rescheduling is limited to two times per booking. After the second reschedule, a new booking fee may be required.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or service issue, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our services.

8. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other significant life events, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include full refunds, rescheduling without fees, or other accommodations.

9. Digital Products

All delivered digital images are considered final products. Once images have been delivered and downloaded, they cannot be returned. However, we offer re-editing services if you are not satisfied with specific images, subject to the terms outlined in section 4.3.
